About Me
I’m Kerrie, an Intuitive Energy Healer.
My journey began with a focus on physical health, but when life’s challenges arose, I turned inward—exploring Reiki, mediumship, sound healing, yoga, meditation, and astrology. These practices became a path back to myself and opened the door to a deeper understanding of healing, awareness, and alignment.

Having moved through seasons of heartache and grief, I’ve come to understand that healing is non-linear. It’s layered, deeply personal, and often calls us home to ourselves again and again. These experiences continue to shape how I hold space for others today.
My philosophy
I believe healing begins when you choose to give yourself space to process, feel, and let go. It’s learning to quiet the external noise so you can hear the soft whispers of your own inner voice. The more you listen, the more you learn to trust yourself. From that place of self-trust, you begin to move through life in a way that feels more aligned.
